Privacy & Beta Notice
Last updated 17 September 2026. RunSGD is an early beta companion for Singapore ↔ Johor commuters.
What RunSGD stores
If you create an account, RunSGD stores your account identifier, display name, optional profile photo and bio, membership tag, community messages, and beta feedback. Your chosen Home widget layout may also be stored locally in your browser.
Location
Location is used only when you allow it, for features such as nearby prayer places, local air quality and journey context. RunSGD does not ask you to enter your exact home address.
AI
When you use RunSGD AI, relevant app context may be sent through the RunSGD backend to Google Gemini to generate a short answer or journey insight. External web search is currently disabled. API keys are stored server-side and are not exposed to normal users.
Community
Community posts are visible to other RunSGD users and guests. Do not post private personal information, passwords, exact home addresses, or sensitive details about other people.
Third-party data
RunSGD may display information from services such as LTA DataMall, Open-Meteo, exchange-rate providers, Google News/GDELT, OpenStreetMap and other configured services. Availability and accuracy can vary.
Beta limitations
Traffic, weather, FX, community and AI outputs are informational and may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Use official sources and your own judgement for immigration, legal, financial, safety or travel decisions.
